Responsibilities
1. Policy collection: Familiar with the import and export laws and policies of the American customs for cross-border e-commerce, responsible for following up the changes in the import and export policies of customs and other relevant departments related to cross-border e-commerce, and providing guidance and decision-making reference for the company's business development and operation 2. Policy analysis: highly sensitive and forward-looking to policy changes, able to quickly and correctly interpret the company's business model and current situation and coordinate with related departments to achieve a smooth platform response 3. Innovation implementation: Based on the continuous growth of cross-border e-commerce business, innovation, category breakthroughs, the rise of content e-commerce and other new trends, promote the implementation of customs innovation business projects 4. Import customs operation: In-depth understanding of the platform's core customs clearance ports, Responsible for the quality of port operations, based on the platform business model, regular management of service providers, follow-up service provider KPI assessment and optimization 5. Abnormal customs management: monitor the import customs declaration process throughout the process, identify and solve import customs risks, Output reasonable solutions for customs anomalies to improve the stability and efficiency of customs performance establish and improve cross-border export customs guarantee mechanisms for e-commerce promotions 6. Improve operational efficiency: Use digital and visual operational tools to improve operational efficiency Efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, international trade, logistics or related majors, with professional certification in customs compliance Priority 2. 3-5 years of experience in American customs management, worked in multinational companies or customs brokers, or have overseas study or work experience 3. Have a deep understanding of American customs regulations, tariff classification and import and export procedures , e-commerce customs experience is preferred 4. Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex customs requirements and identify compliance solutions excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate internally and externally 5. Excellent leadership skills, experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a dynamic environment proficient in customs management software 6. Fluent in spoken English, can be used as a working language, Spanish language skills are preferred can accept longer-term Overseas assignment or longer business trip.
