Responsibilities
1. Focus on supporting ByteDance's international e-commerce business, deeply connect with the rapidly growing international team, formulate business goals, output analysis reports, and support key business decisions: 2. According to the current status of the e-commerce industry in various countries and the company's own business development stage, judge the medium- and long-term strategic direction of the business, assist in planning specific paths and goals, and be able to pull together goal setting across teams and implement goal achievement 3. Build and improve the core indicator system for each business direction of the e-commerce industry, track and analyze the changing trends of key operating indicators, explore business opportunities, monitor business risks, and assist in business decision-making 4. Based on the problems and pain points in the business development process, conduct special analysis based on internal and external research and data mining, produce strategic recommendations based on in-depth quantitative analysis, and promote the implementation of solutions (analysis directions include but are not limited to traffic growth, user performance, product efficiency, etc.).
Qualifications
1. Three years or more of strategic consulting or Internet business analysis experience (e-commerce related is preferred), good professional skills (including but not limited to market research, data analysis, project promotion, etc.), and familiar with data structure and related tools (Hive, SQL, Excel, Python, etc.) 2. Structured thinking and analysis skills, as well as good business sensitivity, can make overall judgments, and can drill down to specific issues 3. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing can be used as a working language, and Spanish or Portuguese to support the American market is a plus 4. Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across departments and multiple teams, and have a sense of responsibility and stress resistance to solve problems, strong learning ability, diligent thinking, strong stress resistance, and pursuit of rapid growth.
