International e-commerce C-end UX Designer

1. Responsible for the C-end product experience design of international e-commerce. Including but not limited to the design output of the mall homepage, channels, user growth and other related directions 2. Be good at discovering and exploring business opportunities, conducting scenario mining, and coordinating business to complete the co-construction of solutions and design proposals 3. Complete the overall revision of key projects and efficiently complete the design output that meets the goals 4. Be able to comprehensively use a variety of methods such as product analysis, user research, data analysis, etc. to evaluate, review and share design outputs 5. Be able to complete systematic design planning, establish and iterate design specifications or component libraries.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with 35 years of e-commerce related design experience 2. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, and understand the design system and workflow 3. Have a good aesthetic sense and overall thinking, understand the user interaction interface and operating habits, and be able to solve problems from the user's perspective 4. Have excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and can effectively collaborate with development, product and other team members 5. Have complete design experience and successful cases, and be able to skillfully use design principles, methods and processes.
