Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive understanding of legal and compliance requirements: Have a deep understanding of the legal and compliance requirements of the UK and EU 2. In-depth understanding of business stakeholders: In-depth understanding of who is responsible for managing which parts, such as product teams (including search/recommendations), governance and experience teams, logistics teams, business operations teams, trust and security teams, etc. 3. Align with legal stakeholders: When new compliance projects emerge (such as new markets or new laws take effect), you need to align with legal stakeholders and work with various compliance business partners to develop a list of required product features 4. Organize and drive implementation: You need to keep the list organized and drive the implementation and resolution of each point minimize friction in the process and keep communication smooth 5. Continuous monitoring of compliance: You need to monitor continuous compliance at the product and operational levels and assist in DSA audits.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent English and Chinese communication skills 2. Efficient project management (PMO) capabilities, able to handle high concurrent demands, and able to establish rules and disciplines, manage communication channels to prevent projects from becoming chaotic and disorderly 3. Calm and humble communication style, able to remain calm and effectively ease tensions when friction arises 4. Familiar with product development processes, able to read and understand legal advice and regulations, and confident when discussing these issues 5. Those with legal/compliance experience are preferred, but not required.
