Responsibilities
1. Formulate and continuously optimize content governance policies to regulate creators short videos, live streaming and their content 2. Responsible for filling the gap between policy and implementation by discovering, measuring and resolving creators bad behaviors and content quality trends 3. Build an active monitoring program based on quantitative data analysis to minimize the situation where creators or content violate policies 4. Set operational indicators and build dashboards to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the above operations 5. Establish implementation processes and work closely with cross-functional partners (such as product teams) to optimize the efficiency of the law enforcement system monitor and analyze content performance according to governance standards, generate reports and provide improvement suggestions, pay close attention to industry trends and regulatory changes, and continuously strengthen content governance strategies 6. Based on business needs, be able to undertake international assignments or frequent business trips to fulfill business-related commitments and goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Experience in e-commerce governance strategy or policy making 3. More than four years of work experience in the following related fields, covering strategic or operational management consulting, platform governance, trust and safety policy making and operational management, e-commerce strategy, seller or product growth, risk, compliance or experience projects, etc. 4. Fluent in English as a working language Spanish or Portuguese to support the US market is a plus 5. Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and management to achieve results preferably have the ability to successfully deal with ambiguous environments, and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment good at explaining complex solutions in an easy-to-understand way, and able to influence without authority 6. Have a high degree of data sensitivity and rich experience in using data-driven methods for business analysis, such as policy making, risk discovery, and project design.
