International E-commerce - Cross-border Product Operation (Self-operated Merchant/Product Direction)

1. Responsible for the product operation of merchants and products in the international e-commerce, undertake the achievement of business growth goals for merchants and products, planning and implementation of product operation plans, involving the core business flow of merchants, demand insights, product optimization suggestions, product promotion and other related work 2. Cooperate with various collaborative teams to clearly convey complex business logic on the merchant side and educate merchants through productization 3. Based on product solutions, GTM and product implementation promotion, complete the optimization and improvement of business problems and efficiency 4. Integrate cross-departmental resources, establish a project management mechanism, and ensure that product projects are completed on time and delivered with high quality.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of B-end product operation experience, familiar with e-commerce business is preferred 2. Have data analysis capabilities, analyze data from multiple angles, and find problems from the data 3. Master project management methods, be able to coordinate resources from all parties, promote project construction, and do a good job in quality control 4. Be able to quickly provide solutions in a complex business environment, and seek the best solution from a win-win perspective 5. English can be used as a working language.
