Responsibilities
1. Deeply participate in the fully managed business data science team of international e-commerce, and accelerate the achievement of business goals through data insights, including the construction of indicator attribution monitoring system, weekly and monthly data insights, and special strategy analysis 2. Responsible for the fully managed product selection planning and product operation strategy, improve the conversion of hot products, increase GMV and profits 3. Responsible for the growth of new product sales, cold start of goods, product support, daily price adjustment of goods, supply price and other strategic optimization, improve the supply of hot products and profit marketing efficiency 4. Responsible for shelf traffic diagnosis, recommendation matching optimization, and user purchase experience improvement 5. Support product marketing, shelf traffic related product optimization analysis, and improve business operation efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in data science, statistics, econometrics, big data processing, machine learning, etc. are preferred 2. Have a deep understanding of resource allocation business, can explore business opportunities and promote implementation, and have business analysis experience such as big promotion, daily price marketing, advertising, growth investment, etc. are preferred 3. Proficient in at least one database operation, such as Hive/MySQL, etc., proficient in data analysis/mining languages, such as Python/R is preferred, and data analysis and algorithm background are preferred 4. Able to build a label system based on data analysis and strategy application purposes, and have causal inference &AB experimental quantification capabilities.
