Responsibilities
1. Responsible for e-commerce shelf customer growth product solutions, design products for customer shelf business growth, and iterate strategies from the perspective of shelf business growth, think and design advertising strategy products, optimize the delivery link, increase the scale and ROI of advertising, and leverage incremental budgets 2. Understand the mechanism of shelf advertising, conduct in-depth research on internal operations, sales, external agents, and customers, and work efficiently with the team, combine operational analysis and problem collection, design product solutions, promote online, and cooperate to create benchmark cases 3. Maintain product & strategy iteration, combine the platform scene marketing rhythm, design differentiated solutions, match resources, and promote the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of Internet advertising experience, with advertising placement/recommendation strategy/e-commerce operation and other related experience preferred 2. Able to independently complete demand research, data analysis, strategic product design work, and have project management capabilities 3. Careful logical thinking, meticulous and patient work, clear and focused communication, courage to challenge, good at analyzing and solving problems, and good self-management ability 4. Strong communication and understanding skills, strong data sensitivity and analysis skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
