Responsibilities
1. Event Resource Allocation: Oversee resource planning for event execution, including budget allocation, content production, and cross-functional team coordination 2. Event Support and Troubleshooting: Serv as the primary contact for event resources, resolve issues and reallocate resources as needed to ensure the smooth running of the event 3. Promotional Tool Requirements: Identify the promotional tools required for the event and submit tool applications that are consistent with the event goals 4. Marketing Product Marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for product launches and updates, aligning them with broader campaign goals 5. Campaign and Product Alignment: Work closely with campaign leaders, industry and product managers to ensure that resources, goals and strategies in campaign and product plans are aligned.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, business or related majors 2. More than 4 years of experience in e-commerce event management, resource allocation or product marketing, and a record of successful execution of marketing activities 3. Extensive experience in managing and optimizing event resources, including budget preparation, asset allocation and prioritization, and the ability to analyze traffic efficiency and give suggestions through experiments 4. Solid understanding of product marketing principles, experience in positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies, and the ability to drive product awareness and user adoption 5. Good data analysis skills, able to interpret performance indicators, adjust resource allocation based on insights, and improve event effectiveness 6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to work across cultures, experience working in multicultural teams or multiple regions, and cultural sensitivity able to travel frequently or be assigned to overseas markets according to business needs.
