Responsibilities
1. Deeply participate in the daily work of the fully managed data science team of international e-commerce, understand business logic and promote business optimization through data insights, including the construction of indicator attribution monitoring system and special strategy analysis 2. Responsible for the national operation analysis of fully managed in multiple countries, gain insight into the optimization points of operational actions such as user growth, promotions, subsidies, and ordering methods, evaluate business ROI and propose optimization strategies 3. Responsible for the conversion efficiency analysis of content scenarios, and responsible for the insight analysis and strategy optimization of short videolive broadcast scenario expert selection & expert tasks and other businesses.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in data science, statistics, business analysis, e-commerce, etc. are preferred 2. Have a deep understanding of the business, can dig into business problems and give reasonable insights and optimization suggestions, and have experience in cross-border, self-operated e-commerce business, and mature analysis methodology in C-end industry are preferred 3. Proficient in at least one database operation, such as Hive/MySQL, with data analysis, development, and algorithm background is preferred, and proficiency in data analysis/mining languages, such as Python/R is preferred 4. Able to build a label system based on data analysis and strategy application purposes, and have the ability to measure the strategy effects of offline quantitative &AB experiments, and have experience in ROI quantification and Uplift models are preferred.
