International E-commerce - Governance Product Operations Manager

1. Responsible for the product operations of the international e-commerce governance audit platform and risk operation platform, including internal strategy management, risk operation, audit and other platform tools, as well as external merchant expert violation center and experience score 2. Establish a monitoring indicator system, drive data, sort out the GTM system and processes, and improve product penetration and satisfaction 3. Develop a collaborative model for product, R&D and operation teams, converge and filter product pain points and problems reported by operations, merchants and influencers, output effective solutions, and enhance product capabilities.

1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a working language 2. More than 3 years of relevant operation/product operation experience in the e-commerce industry, those with international experience are preferred 3. Good communication and coordination skills, empathy and patience 4. Good operation experience and a global perspective.
