Responsibilities
1 2. Responsible for the business investment and operation of all categories of merchants in the Indonesian market, including conducting offline investment activities/exhibitions, reaching potential customers, merchant entry guidance, etc. optimizing the conversion efficiency of various investment channels, and continuously exploring new investment paths 2. Large-scale management platform For small and medium-sized businesses, we will establish and implement effective operating SOPs and incubation strategies, and be responsible for the sales rate, sales products, content supply, transition rate and other indicators of small and medium-sized businesses in the market 3. Through data analysis/operation summary/merchant surveys and other means, we can explore the pain points and common problems of merchants, closely integrate product and governance departments, continuously optimize the merchant business environment and platform empowerment tools, reduce merchant operating costs, and improve operating efficiency 4. Responsible for the improvement and iteration of the merchant growth system and education system, through the operation course system, tiered training and other means, to guide the merchant operation on a large scale, improve the merchant's satisfaction and GMV growth on the platform 5. Through in-depth practical experience, Develop general strategies and typical industry solutions for business management methodologies through merchant surveys and other means, and continuously iterate strategies based on feedback and effectiveness after work experience or method application 6. Institutional management: Establish and maintain ecosystem partnerships, develop and manage Large-scale service provider investment promotion and incubation projects.
Qualifications
1. Experience in e-commerce related work, experience in investment promotion/industry operation/merchant growth etc. preferred 2. Strong Communication skills, able to manage a large number of merchants at the same time 3. Strong data analysis skills, strong logical thinking ability, good at discovering patterns and exploring business opportunities through data analysis 4. Rich experience in project management and cross-departmental collaboration, Good teamwork spirit 5. English can be used as working language.
