Responsibilities
1. International logistics procurement, supplier system establishment and management, procurement strategy formulation and procurement project management 2. Establish a grade classification and review mechanism for service providers, organize all parties to review the service provider management system (cost, timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc.), and fine-tune the management and continuous optimization of service providers 3. According to the annual and quarterly budget targets, implement the plan and monitoring mechanism to promote the procurement team to achieve various indicators 4. Inventory the procurement business process, intervene in defective business flows, improve business efficiency, and continuously promote productization and onlineization 5. Improve the actual efficiency and compliance rate of business operations, take the lead in optimizing various business SOPs, and organize and communicate.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, logistics, procurement or related majors 2. English can be used as a working language, with good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, and teamwork spirit 3. Have international logistics or cross-border e-commerce work experience, and supplier management or process management experience, and understand the development trends and policies of domestic and foreign logistics markets 4. Proficient in various service provider management methods and tools, understand cross-border logistics supply chain processes, and understand the development trends and policies of domestic and foreign logistics markets 5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong risk awareness and problem analysis and problem solving capabilities.
