Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the user scale of the US mall marketing business, deeply explore the needs and interests of target users, and fully understand the current supply structure and supply characteristics, and work with the cooperation team to formulate targeted operation strategies and link plans 2. 3. Analyze and understand the merchandise management characteristics of different industries/categories, have operational experience in merchandise supply strategies, and be able to understand merchandise characteristics, merchandise value contribution rate (leading products, explosive products, incubation products, long-tail products) and consumption trends, etc., to optimize the merchandise supply structure in US shopping mall marketing activities and increase transaction scale 3. Cooperate with internal business to explore cooperation models, be responsible for the overall scale of user introduction, and design suitable user acceptance strategies for different channels and different user levels to improve marketing user activity and user retention 4. Explore and design activity gameplay based on business development and consumer insights, improve the life cycle of gameplay through operations, maintain and enhance user stickiness to gameplay 5. Be responsible for the overall efficiency of the business, collect and analyze the needs of each section, and collaborate with cross-industry technical teams to optimize and iterate channel operation processes and products, precipitate methods, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with independent and effective data analysis framework and logic, structured thinking, business analysis, data analysis and other related experience is preferred, English can be used as a working language 2. Have good insight and understanding of user needs, and can make effective analysis and growth according to the user ecology 3. Have a sense of marketing, continuously iterate activity plans according to user feedback, have strong activity planning ability, and can output effective activity ideas and plans according to user needs and platform characteristics 4. Have a strong willingness to learn and work enthusiasm, high execution, communication and integration capabilities, good stress resistance, and can promote the efficient implementation of activities.
