Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the mall, including the growth of mall users, the design of the homepage shopping guide path, the overall commodity management of the mall, the admission and exit standards, the operation strategies of each channel, the mall activity strategy, etc. 2. Combined with the consumer operation strategy, the people-goods matching strategy and the merchant support strategy, drive the merchants to increase their investment in the mall operation resources and realize the growth of the mall transaction scale 3. Including but not limited to the splitting and management of goals, team management, finding breakthrough means to bring growth, and optimizing and improving the effectiveness of daily work 4. Promote the selection of goods and bargaining activities in the mall channel with the operation team of the same industry be responsible for the supply richness and growth results of the mall's goods.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. More than 4 years of operation experience in e-commerce platform shopping guides, user products, industry products, etc., and a deep understanding of the characteristics and shopping habits of online shopping user groups 3. Rich experience in personnel management and experience in leading diversified teams 4. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills 5. Have overseas study/living experience, barrier-free communication in English, can accept overseas assignments, and Portuguese is a plus.
