Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of B-end marketing capabilities in the US market, including merchant marketing tools, platform marketing tools and other marketing tools explore the co-investment model and mechanism of the platform and merchants, and productize it cooperate with the American market activity mechanism to improve the construction of related product capabilities for recruitment, selection and investment 2. Through user research, product analysis, business scenarios and data performance, explore the core demands of marketing, design marketing tools and gameplay, improve user mind and business scale through product innovation, and have excellent system experience design capabilities 3. Communicate and collaborate across departments, promote team work with high quality, and achieve project goals together 4. Complete differentiated design in combination with the conditions of different countries.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in B-end products in e-commerce marketing, and those with experience in content e-commerce industry and marketing products are preferred 2. Excellent English and Chinese proficiency, which can be used as working languages, and Spanish/Portuguese or experience in the American market is preferred 3. Rigorous logic, strong data analysis ability, and systematic product thinking architecture 4. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, outstanding self-drive and driving force, able to promote cross-departmental collaboration in a complex environment, and ensure the high-quality implementation of the project have a sense of ownership, and have project practice experience is preferred 5. Good professional qualities, including but not limited to the output of high-quality prototypes and documents, and proficiency in software such as Axure, PPT, and Excel.
