Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement policies for merchant entry requirements and post-entry activities (such as order fulfillment and service standards) 2. Use data-driven strategies to optimize the seller onboarding process, ensure compliance with compliance and platform policies, and improve the efficiency of the execution system work closely with cross-functional teams including product and technical teams to build and implement effective processes 3. Focus on reducing the number of non-compliant merchants on the platform 4. Continue to work hard to improve key indicators related to seller compliance, risk management and overall experience 5. Responsible for cross-functional communication and collaboration and data reporting management 6. Based on business needs, be able to undertake international assignments or frequent business trips to fulfill business-related commitments and goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above. In terms of professional background, quantitative fields such as analysis, statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, data science, or other majors with solid quantitative training are preferred. 2. Experience in e-commerce governance strategy or policy formulation. 3. More than four years of work experience in related fields, covering strategic or operational management consulting, platform governance, trust and safety policy formulation and operational management, e-commerce strategy, seller or product growth, risk, compliance or experience projects, etc. 4. Fluent in English as a working language Spanish or Portuguese to support the American market is a plus. 5. Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and management to achieve results preferably have the ability to successfully cope with ambiguous environments and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment. 6. Good at explaining complex solutions in an easy-to-understand way and able to influence without authority.
