Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the international e-commerce platform product project, including product supply analysis, product selection strategy, bidding strategy, product introduction and quality improvement, maintenance and optimization of BPO audit strategy, and be responsible for the success of the project with the product and industry teams 2. Together with the price-based production and product teams, increase the scale of the international e-commerce platform commodity pool by designing product mechanisms, upgrading same-item rules, recall strategies, etc., and gradually expand the product selection palette 3. Together with the business and product teams, continuously optimize the competition mechanism in which merchants can participate, establish positive merchant participation and competition rules, and enhance merchant participation 4. Understand the consumer decision tree and commodity attributes, continuously improve various operations and indicator systems, gain insight into potential business opportunities from the perspective of business development, find growth space, and conduct research and implementation of segmented industry commodity strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in product strategy and industry strategy preferred 2. Have a deep understanding of business mechanisms and business models, have a good understanding of consumer behavior and products, be able to find key driving factors, and formulate and implement improvement plans 3. Excellent data analysis, logical judgment and abstract ability, with practical experience in discovering problems, coordinating multiple resources to promote implementation, and getting results 4. Sunny and result-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly, excellent execution, and independent thinking and judgment 5. English can be used as a working language.
