Responsibilities
1. Establish and lead a team to develop data-driven strategies to support commercial business and evaluate seller onboarding and post-onboarding processes, such as fulfillment and services 2. Maintain a keen understanding of market and compliance conditions to guide strategic development 3. Responsible for seller compliance and platform policy compliance management, establish implementation processes, and work closely with cross-functional partners such as product and technology teams to optimize execution system efficiency 4. Responsible for reducing the number of sellers who actively and continuously attempt non-compliance on the business platform ensure continuous improvement of key performance indicators related to partners compliance, risk and experience 5. Lead initiatives to promote transparency and understanding of platform policies, improve sellers awareness and understanding of platform policies, and support sellers to better operate in compliance on the platform 6. Based on business needs, be able to undertake international assignments or high-frequency business trips to fulfill business-related commitments and goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, data science or equivalent is preferred 2. 4 years of experience in related fields, including but not limited to strategic or operational management consulting, platform governance, trust and safety policy development and operational management, or business strategy, seller or product growth, risk, compliance or experience planning 3. At least 2 years of experience in team leadership and management of cross-functional partners 4. Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and management to achieve results, and able to complete multiple business indicators in a rapidly changing environment 5. Highly data-driven, with experience in OKR business goal setting and business analysis using data-driven methods, such as strategy development, risk discovery or project design, strong risk, business, product and research insights 6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing as a working language, and Spanish or Portuguese to support the American market is a plus.
