International E-commerce - Senior User Product Expert

1. Responsible for the growth-related work of overseas e-commerce apps, and responsible for the user scale of e-commerce 2. Through research and analysis of data/users and other dimensions, find growth opportunities such as new user conversion, push notifications, sharing return, and promote the implementation of related product solutions, and continuously improve the contribution of this module to the user scale 3. Understand the overall user structure and user needs of e-commerce, go deep into business scenarios, insight, attention, and analysis of industry trends and excellent growth cases, summarize and accumulate experience, and explore new growth directions.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet user growth, strategic products or familiarity with recommendation algorithms is a plus 2. Strong data thinking, able to formulate the overall data evaluation logic for the direction in which you are responsible clear logic, with clear and reasonable disassembly ideas and plans for the direction in which you are responsible 3. Have good communication skills, can independently coordinate with project stakeholders, promote project implementation and get results, and have good learning ability and growth awareness 4.
