Responsibilities
1. Participate in the review and inspection of daily settlement operations, correct the actual operations that deviate from the SOP requirements, and prevent and resolve risks in a timely manner Insight into the settlement process bottlenecks and operational risks, organize the review and rectification of abnormal cases, and continuously improve the team's operating efficiency and safety awareness 2. Improve the settlement system requirements, continuously optimize the online settlement process, ensure the accuracy of settlement data and the stability of system operation be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of settlement data report requirements, provide support for settlement abnormality monitoring and business decision-making, and realize the productization of settlement data 3. Build a settlement quality indicator system, review and analyze the achievement of core settlement indicators, formulate optimization plans for indicators that do not meet expectations, and continuously promote the improvement of settlement indicators 4. Monitor the fluctuations of various settlement data, analyze the causes of abnormalities and warn of risks in a timely manner, and promote the quality standards of upstream and downstream operational data optimize internal and external collaboration mechanisms, and promote the resolution of collaborative bottlenecks supervise the signing and execution of settlement terms, and evaluate and correct the process and results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance/accounting, data, statistics and other related majors are preferred 2. Have relevant work experience in logistics, settlement, data analysis, etc., and have experience in logistics and supply chain analysis are preferred 3. Proficient in SQL and common BI analysis tools, with Python, machine learning and modeling capabilities are preferred 4. Meticulous and conscientious, strong sense of responsibility, proactive work good interpersonal relationships and communication skills, and teamwork spirit 5.
