Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the growth and operation of small and medium-sized merchants on the platform, and responsible for the number of merchant transitions, transition efficiency, and GMV growth 2. Clarify the growth path of merchants of different industries/stages, and design differentiated merchant growth strategies and action traction systems use outsourced personnel to guide merchants to take key growth actions, identify potential merchants and guide them to grow faster on the platform to become the leaders, and improve the efficiency of platform operation of scale merchants 3. Responsible for managing outsourced personnel and building an outsourced operation management system, including personnel management/training/performance appraisal, to ensure the overall delivery of outsourcing indicators 4. Combined with the merchant operation checkpoints, integrate internal and external resources to continuously optimize the merchant business environment and platform empowerment tools, reduce merchant operating costs and improve operating efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with merchant operation/merchant growth strategy operation management experience preferred 2. Familiar with the merchant operation chain, and have strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities, good at discovering problems and opportunities from data 3. Possess data analysis capabilities and product strategy capabilities, and can use data analysis to guide investment promotion in terms of industry trends/performance evaluation/project execution 4. Goal-oriented, open and collaborative, strong pressure resistance 5. Have rich project management experience and cross-departmental collaboration experience, and have the ability to quickly solve problems and promote projects.
