Responsibilities

Gain in-depth understanding of the talent business and the situation of talents in various countries, communicate closely with the business of various countries, and be responsible for the completion of relevant projects (such as talent growth methodology, talent grading, etc.) as the talent strategy center 2. According to the company's strategic goals and directions, be responsible for the formulation and evaluation of the incentive policy/activity system for influencers and MCN organizations, and use the company's comprehensive data to help the business implement influencer/MCN related policies and activity strategies through data analysis and mining. Formulate, diagnose and optimize, calculate numerical values, and conduct business review such as ROI analysis to guide business development 3. Regularly and systematically review various incentive policies, sort out and refine general approval principles, optimize relevant cost/benefit calculation models, and improve policies. 4. Responsible for the statistical analysis of daily data related to talents, providing data tracking analysis and decision support for daily business operations, and building basic and commonly used reports/dashboards through abstract sorting of needs 5. Promote talents related Productization, collaborate with data and product teams to promote strategy implementation, expand the empowerment radius and efficiency of analysis 6. Continue to pay attention to market conditions and ecology, and formulate/adjust prevention and response plans as needed.
Qualifications
1. 2-3 years of working experience, consulting, Internet strategy/business analysis, e-commerce background is preferred 2. Good English writing/listening and speaking skills, those with overseas study/working experience are preferred 3. Have strong project driving force, problem-solving ability, horizontal coordination and stress resistance 4. Proficient in SQL, hive, Excel, at least Proficient in using a data visualization analysis tool, and those who are good at R and Python are preferred 5. Excellent business modeling, data analysis and report writing skills, with a background in consulting companies with more modeling and analysis work, financial management, policy making, etc. preferred.
