Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the goal setting, budget planning, and PNL optimization of the talent operation team according to business goals and directions, build and iterate the overall indicator system, as well as short-term and long-term planning of business development strategies 2. Responsible for the talent business operation analysis, overall monitoring of the progress of the talent's core indicators, attribution analysis of indicator fluctuations, and provide implementation strategies periodically review and plan the talent business, and deeply participate in the implementation of the strategy 3. Carry out special analysis of talent operation, and initiate and conduct relevant policy and activity strategy formulation, diagnosis and optimization, numerical calculation, business review and other analysis work such as ROI for the core pain points of the business to guide business development 4. Be responsible for the statistical analysis of daily data related to talents, provide data tracking analysis and decision support for daily business operations, and build basic and commonly used reports/dashboards through abstract sorting of needs 5. Continue to pay attention to market conditions and ecology, and formulate/adjust prevention and response plans as needed.
Qualifications
1. Those with Internet business analysis/strategy/digital analysis and e-commerce background are preferred 2. Those with good English writing/listening and speaking skills, and those with overseas study/work experience are preferred 3. Those with strong project driving force, problem-solving ability, horizontal coordination and stress resistance are preferred 4. Those with excellent data analysis ability and logical thinking, and those who are good at SQL, Tableau and other tools are preferred 5. Those with excellent business modeling, data analysis and report writing skills, and those who undertake more modeling and analysis work, financial management, policy formulation, etc. in consulting companies are preferred.
