Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the exploration of user growth in the Southeast Asian e-commerce market, and design relevant strategies/product capabilities based on market insights and data analysis 2. The work content involves but is not limited to MAC, life cycle management, subsidy efficiency improvement, postage subsidy and other topics 3. Continuously strengthen the understanding of overseas markets, and have an understanding of the issues/situations in different regions faced by merchants and users 4. Through market research and data analysis, formulate reasonable strategies and product solutions to optimize operational capabilities and operating efficiency 5. Work closely with supply/product/algorithm teams to promote the output and implementation of solutions and products.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in user growth, marketing products, strategic operations or digital points, with cross-border e-commerce/content e-commerce experience preferred 2. Possess high data logic and data sensitivity, proficient in SQL, Excel, proficient in R, Python, SAS and other analytical tools preferred 3. Have independent in-depth thinking ability, and combine data and user insights to formulate growth strategies or specific practical cases of products 4. English can be used as a working language, and overseas living or working experience is a plus 5. Strong sense of responsibility, can communicate and handle problems across departments, have a certain ability to withstand pressure, quickly adapt to changes, and have a high acceptance of international business trips.
