Responsibilities
1. Recruit Chinese merchants with local qualifications in the Americas, and the main categories are home furnishings, home appliances, auto parts and other standard products 2. Guide and support key merchants, train merchants to operate platform stores, guide merchants to launch new products and create hot items 3. Based on the rules of content (short videos, live broadcasts) production, help merchants use ecological power or build their own capabilities to obtain and gradually expand exposure 4. Provide sellers with suggestions on goods and marketing, including category and product selection, pricing strategy, marketing methods, etc., to promote business growth 5. Work with the core decision-makers of the merchants to diagnose the current business situation, formulate medium- and long-term growth plans, strive for landing resources, and guide the structural improvement of merchants 6. Monitor the merchant's performance, after-sales and praise rate and other consumer experience indicators to promote the improvement of merchant service quality.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of operation experience, and merchants with main business in the American market are preferred 2. Have an in-depth understanding of the high-priority vertical industries of cross-border content e-commerce, and have successful cases of business breakthroughs combined with industry experience 3. Strong data analysis ability, and use data analysis to guide operations in terms of industry trends, merchant performance, project execution, etc. 4. Result-oriented, strong self-drive and sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and excellent organization, coordination and communication skills 5. Adapt to a cross-cultural, English-based working environment, and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
