Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the formulation of SOP for cross-border air transport trunk logistics fulfillment process and the management of trunk logistics providers 2. Responsible for line timeliness, cost and experience related indicators, build an operation system, track daily operation data, follow up daily operation matters (cabin scheduling, handover, exception handling, cabin adjustment, reconciliation), coordinate logistics provider resources to ensure the steady and continuous improvement of various operation indicators 3. According to the performance issues at different stages of the business, it can promote relevant departments to carry out special optimization of logistics performance issues, and cooperate with relevant departments to improve the cross-border logistics performance experience 4. Communicate and coordinate across departments, actively propose process and product-related improvement points during the operation process, and can lead the promotion of related projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the full link and segmented operation mode of cross-border e-commerce logistics business 2. Have air transport operation management experience of airlines, cross-border e-commerce platforms, and dedicated logistics companies 3. Familiar with international e-commerce processes and logistics operation modes, operation management modes, and have skilled operation and management experience 4. High sense of responsibility, strong data analysis ability, and strong stress resistance 5. Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and have overseas study or work experience is preferred.
