Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product work in the direction of international e-commerce stores/windows/brands, responsible for user experience, merchant operations and transaction scale 2. Based on data analysis, industry research, user surveys and other means, gain insight into optimization directions, design and implement product solutions 3. Collaborate with marketing, merchant tools, and operations in various countries to continuously improve the coverage of various rights and interests and accelerate user conversion and repeat purchases 4. Collaborate with recommendation, search, feeds, commercialization and other teams to improve the global distribution scale and efficiency of stores/windows 5. Understand the ecosystem of merchants and influencers, link B-end products, horizontal and industry operations to continuously optimize supply, and promote positive business operations of merchants 6. Build a centralized scenario with a store-shopping mentality to expand incremental traffic, screen high-quality stores, highlight brand awareness, and leverage merchant investment.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of product work experience, e-commerce, transaction, content, internationalization experience or study abroad background is preferred 2. Excellent English skills, able to read and write English documents, and communicate and collaborate smoothly with local product operations, design, and R&D teams 3. Have good product capabilities and business insights, be able to identify key issues from complex businesses, formulate product plans and gradually implement them 4. Have strong user awareness and data analysis capabilities, understand merchant operations, and be able to discover product problems and opportunities in a timely manner 5. Good cross-team collaboration and stress resistance, able to coordinate relevant resources and promote upstream and downstream teams, passionate and responsible.
