Team Introduction: The International Short Video User Growth team is responsible for the growth of ByteDance's products. We help products develop tailored growth plans and use a variety of marketing, product, and data analysis methods to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a series of mature product growth plans such as paid advertising and organic growth, and skillfully applies them to various businesses to drive business growth at the same time, when new growth opportunities are discovered, we also build new solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs. Join the UG team and you will be responsible for the growth of products with hundreds of millions of users and master the industry's advanced and first-hand growth practices. 1. Drive international product growth with performance advertising to achieve product DAU and ROI goals 2. Deeply cooperate with various advertising channels to tap channel capabilities and improve advertising efficiency 3. Explore growth methods such as new additions/retention/recall/multi-terminal/traffic diversion to create comprehensive growth opportunities for various businesses 4. Based on the growth platform, cooperate with the team's delivery/product development/data teams to enable growth in all business lines.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in Internet advertising data product/operation or advertising experience 2. Familiar with overseas media advertising platforms, have a deep understanding of advertising data acquisition and advertising effect attribution in App and Web promotion, and optimize the attribution and revenue calculation of various products in different growth stages and different payment scenarios 3. Understand the platform capabilities and usage scenarios of the channel, can design online experiments, and collaborate with the middle platform product/R&D/data science team to conduct landing tests to verify and optimize advertising efficiency have an understanding and research on advertising attribution, cannibalization optimization, crowd-content strategy, and e-commerce growth topics 4. Be sensitive to data maintain curiosity and self-motivation, be good at communication, and face the pressure at work in a down-to-earth and optimistic manner have a top-level awareness, can grasp the business pain points, and work around large levers 5. Can use English as a working language and accept cross-time zone and multicultural work.
