Responsibilities
1. Take offline marketing activities as the main marketing means, plan and execute various marketing activities, work closely with the sales team, take the introduction of new customers and the increase of existing customers revenue as the main goal, and provide market support for the achievement of business goals 2. Communicate closely with internal and external partners, deeply understand the needs of overseas merchants, integrate internal and external platform resources, plan and implement specific marketing plans, and continuously optimize and explore gameplay 3. Fully understand the logic of each business of the content platform, have strong communication skills, be able to integrate various creator resources, product capabilities and project resources, and create brand marketing cases 4. Cooperate with the team to complete various marketing plans and activity plans to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of marketing work experience in the overseas advertising industry 2. Familiar with cross-border e-commerce, with cooperation resources and BD capabilities such as service providers and media in the cross-border e-commerce field 3. Have rich experience in planning and executing online and offline activities at home and abroad, and have the ability to independently manage and operate projects 4. Highly sensitive to data indicators such as activity data, business performance, ROI, KPI, etc., and have strong data processing and analysis capabilities 5. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, can communicate internally efficiently, accurately understand business needs and deliver needs 6. English is used as the working language, can work in a fast-paced environment, has strong stress resistance, and accepts frequent business trips.
