Responsibilities
1. Responsible for customer clearing and settlement business in international payment business scenarios, familiar with core payment product capabilities such as merchant entry, transactions, refunds, settlement, and chargebacks, able to quickly and well understand the business, sort out the settlement rules under complex business backgrounds, provide complete product solutions, and cooperate with different teams and stakeholders to promote the entire process of projects from pre-research to volume development 2. Formulate and optimize the settlement data verification system and capabilities to ensure that the settlement data is accurate and complete and build a supporting operation system to ensure the international payment settlement experience of each business line, the pre-/mid-/post-process monitoring of various settlement scenarios and the implementation of risk control plans, and the construction and operation of the data dashboard 3. Deeply understand business/financial needs, understand industry development trends, gain insight into regional market business opportunities, summarize high-frequency problems in demand, make forward-looking product planning, layout and construction, provide business/finance with a full-link systematic solution for settlement, and continuously optimize and improve the settlement management system.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of payment or clearing and settlement related work experience, good product abstraction and summarization ability, formulate product plans in line with industry development and foresight, and those with overseas payment experience are preferred 2. Have strong overall analysis, thinking, innovation and stress resistance, good at cross-domain communication and collaboration, good communication and organizational skills and subjective initiative, continue to maintain product curiosity, opportunity insight, and be good at thinking 3. Honest, hardworking, good stress resistance, able to work in multiple threads, strong learning ability, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to quickly understand the business, good at discovering risks and efficiency opportunities, and proactively solve problems.
