1. Lead research in the fields of international policy and economy, conduct in-depth analysis and form opinionated research reports 2. Be responsible for team management and schedule coordination, set research topics, and be able to lead the team to focus on research on medium- and long-term issues 3. Maintain and expand cooperation and exchanges with experts and think tanks, and understand the latest research trends 4. Maintain close cooperation with other departments, understand business needs and support the security and development of business, and provide professional advice for business compliance.

1. Master degree or above, major in international relations and international politics is preferred 2. Research experience in related institutions, high-end think tanks or universities is preferred 3. Excellent writing and communication skills 4. More than 5 years of research and work experience in functional/support fields, team management experience is preferred.
