As a strategic partner, support the advertising products and R&D teams of international short videos, work closely with the business team, and find revenue growth opportunities through key projects 2. Connect with business leaders, complete product insights, data analysis, and customer research according to business needs, produce strategic recommendations, and assist business leaders in making key product decisions 3. Actively discover problems and business pain points, organize discussions with key collaborators, produce feasible solutions, and coordinate resources to promote implementation.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant strategic work experience, fluent in Chinese and English, can be used as working languages 2. Have structured thinking and be able to conduct industry research independently 3. Have excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills 4. Have good communication and coordination, resource mobilization, and project promotion management capabilities 5. Internet strategy industry, consulting companies are preferred, and those with advertising-related backgrounds are preferred.
