Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the new user operation of credit products, formulate operation strategies, match new user offers and usage guidance according to different customer attributes, and promote the conversion of first and second loans 2. Responsible for the operation management of the new user life cycle, formulate product operation strategies and mechanisms, manage users in layers, design marketing strategies, and plan marketing activities 3. Ability to independently complete operational plans, connect and promote internal and external business resources (cross-departmental collaboration and external cooperation), effectively use different operational tools, formulate corresponding strategies, and improve the utilization rate of operational resources 4. Good data analysis ability, monitor business data and activity effects, gain insight into problems from data, and make timely adjustments and optimizations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience as a product manager, familiar with Internet credit products or relevant work experience is preferred 2. Familiar with Internet financial products, especially those with relevant work experience in consumer finance and installment payment business are preferred 3. Have strong data analysis and processing capabilities, be good at finding business opportunities, have strong learning ability, and be hardworking 4. Able to integrate internal and external resources well, and have strong project execution management capabilities.
