Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing renewable energy projects and investment opportunities in Taiwan.
- Stay updated on Taiwan's renewable energy market trends and participants.
- Support due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis for acquisitions and financing.
- Aid in reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements (e.g., acquisition, shareholder, and financing agreements).
- Help prepare internal approval papers for investment decision-making.
- Develop project teasers and information memoranda for investors.
- Create presentation materials on deal pipelines and transaction details for leadership review.
- Monitor post-close project development progress and report on deal pipelines.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders, including advisors and regulatory agencies.
Required Skills
- Degree/postgraduate qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- General understanding and interest in infrastructure or renewable energy projects (preferably solar and onshore wind).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial analysis and modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, ambitious, and willing to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
