Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy to effectively communicate financial and business performance to investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including preparing and delivering presentations, pitch decks, and financial reports.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to provide relevant insights to investors.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure transparent and accurate reporting of company performance.
- Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and other key communications.
- Organize investor meetings, calls, and events; support roadshows and other fundraising activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements.
- Travel as required to meet with investors and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's degree or MBA Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in investor presentations.
- 5 years or above of proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related role, preferably in the tech startup environment, demonstrated success in fundraising and managing investor relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with investors and stakeholders.
- Financial acumen with deep understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Cloud technology company.
- CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
