iOS R&D Engineer - TikTok Mid-length Video - Experience Optimization

1. Responsible for the basic experience optimization of products such as TikTok Mid-length Video & TikTok Selection, including but not limited to playback, startup, fluency, resource usage, etc., to create the ultimate mid-length video consumption experience 2. In-depth business, explore the implementation of activation solutions for special groups such as low-end phones and the elderly, and make refined experience improvements based on user behavior and characteristics 3. Explore the implementation of new technologies in business, and develop high-performance frameworks to systematically solve performance problems.

1. More than 1 year of iOS development experience, with experience in performance optimization, architecture, engineering efficiency, SDK, etc. preferred, with business background but deep pursuit of technology preferred 2. Passionate about technology, with a spirit of research, and a strong desire for personal improvement preferred 3. Interested in the medium and long video industry, willing to use technical means to improve user experience and promote business growth 4.
