Responsible for the management of the operation and docking of IP derivatives in online sales channels, and familiar with the operating rules of multiple e-commerce platforms 2. Control supply chain management, including product positioning, packaging selection, proofing, procurement, production, shipment and other management tasks, continuously iterate product technology, expand product lines, and ultimately be responsible for product quality and sales feedback 3. Regularly plan and review sales, conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of store data, activity data and promotion data, grasp industry trends, continuously conduct market and sales analysis, continuously improve user experience, summarize operational directions and adjust later strategies 4. Actively understand the commercialization potential and player needs around game release nodes, and plan new IP derivative development and marketing promotion with the IP party based on IP characteristics and user needs, and be responsible for product reputation and market effects 5. Strictly manage product scheduling, coordinate the comprehensive operation of various business lines, and complete product delivery on schedule and be able to better undertake cross-departmental needs, integrate internal and external resources, ensure that projects are implemented on schedule and promote process optimization.
Qualifications
1. Understand the ACG culture, bachelor degree or above, and have 2 years or more of game IP derivatives project operation experience 2. Understand the design and production process of mainstream IP derivatives 3. Familiar with the market dynamics of game valleys, good at logical analysis and demand tracking, and have strong data acumen 4. Good at multi-threaded project management and coordination, with excellent communication skills, maintain close and smooth team cooperation relationships internally, and effectively promote projects externally.
