Job Description

A great opportunity to join a well-established international law firm as part of the IP team. You will be assisting lawyers with trademark and general IP prosecution matters, including searches, filing and handling of trademarks applications, response to formality objections to trademark application, conflicts, application appeals, oppositions and invalidations, post-trade mark registration recordals in Hong Kong and overseas. The right candidate would have 5+ years of relevant experience.
