We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Governance and FinOps Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the governance, compliance and financial aspects of our IT infrastructure portfolio, ensuring alignment with policies, standards and regulations, as well as optimising costs and maximising value.
What you will do:
- Plan, design, and implement the IT Infrastructure governance framework, policies, processes, and standards for the organization. Develop and maintain IT Infrastructure governance documentation, reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and conformance of IT Infrastructure activities, projects, and services against the IT Infrastructure governance objectives and criteria
- Identify and manage IT Infrastructure risks and issues, and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on IT Infrastructure governance matters, such as audit findings, recommendations, action plans, and status reports
- Perform Infra spend analysis to derive insights, Build cost management practices and implement optimisation (e.g. rightsizing, tagging, commercial levers).
What you should have:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, financial management or a similar role
- Bachelors in computer science, finance and/or accountancy
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure governance frameworks, best practices, and standards
- Experience in IT Infrastructure cost management and optimisation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Industry certification in cloud computing
