Job Description
1. Performs computer installations, repairs and preventative maintenance of all company computers and more complex systems.
2. Recommends suitable SW to meet user requirements.
3. Troubleshoots complex SW and HW failures and identifies network problems related to desktop and laptop computers.
4. May assist Network Administrators.
5. May provide guidance to lower level PC Techs.
6. Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person

- Install, configure and maintain systems for employees (hardware / software / access / security / business applications)
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, storage, deployment, and retirement of laptop and IT equipment assets
- TSG local troubleshooting and system support
- Exceptional projects support. (e.g. office relocation, organization migration)
- Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes
- Perform all work according to defined process while keeping pace with fast business growth.
