The role will be responsible for Helpdesk Support and will also take part in ongoing system enhancement projects. Duties
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 helpdesk support to users
- Responsible for systems administration
- Engage in windows enhancement projects
- Take part in system upgrade and implementation of new technologies
- Degree or diploma holder in computer science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience working in helpdesk/IT support role
- Experience in system enhancement projects would be an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to respond to ad hoc issues
- Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage
- Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin
