As a Customer Success Manager
You will be based at our Taipei Office and have the opportunity to apply your passion for project management, client service, and your expertise in Japanese (N1).
You will support Taiwanese and Japanese well-known e-commerce, retail brands, and enterprises of digital transformation and membership management, deploying our MarTech solution -- OmniSegment.
Through your professional assistance, our clients will be able to quickly integrate multiple system tools and drive business opportunities to enhance greater value.

Responsibilities
- Support/Lead the implementation projects, supporting our clients successfully applying our CDP (Customer Data Platform): OmniSegment
- Deploy project plans and execute process management, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Engage in online training of beBit TECH's MarTech solutions, including FAQ drafting and user guide handbook development
- Be a professional product consultant to help our customers go through any challenge regarding our SaaS services
- Support Product Development team in data integration testing and identifying customers business needs
Requirements
- 1+year working experience
- Proven success in the SaaS industry is a big plus
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1)
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, proactive, and have good communication skills
- Ability to think and work independently, with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Experience in e-commerce, banking, food and beverages, and other related industries is preferred
- Experience in CRM, ERP, POS, EC, and other related software deployment services is a big plus
