Job Description
- Instruct/ coach and support student- athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for them to realize a degree of individual and team success
- Lead, instruct/coach in a manner that embodies, creates, and enhances ethical and moral values, pride of accomplishment, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, self-confidence and team work
Minimum Qualifications:
** All of the followingmust be met on or before the first practice and throughout the entire season of the sport.
- Pupil Activity Permit (ODE CERTIFICATION)
- Successful completion of all ODE, OHSAA and District required trainings
- Passing of the required BCI/FBI Background Checks
- Follow all RCS Board Policies
- Complete a full season of the sport
- Maintain professional, ethical and suitable conduct
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, Athletic Director, administration and all stake holders
SALARY: In accordance with the established salary schedule.
