Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of traditional advertising business and new live broadcast business of real estate companies in East China, and complete the established advertising sales targets 2. Establish in-depth cooperative relationship with enterprises, solve various problems and challenges in the sales process, and help customers grow their business 3. Regularly and quantitatively visit and return visits to customers, form a good cooperative relationship with customers, collect first-line product information and opinions, and expand new customer resources 4. Maintain industry information sensitivity, pay attention to industry development trends, promote cooperation and innovation between real estate industry enterprises and platforms, and promote the industry influence of the platform.
Qualifications
1. Pay attention to Internet marketing trends, be familiar with the business model of Internet agency companies, and have channel management/company management/KA sales experience is preferred 2. Have experience in the development and maintenance of vertical application platform customers (Anjuke, Beike, Tubatu, Qijiawang, etc.) those who can coordinate internal and external resources and promote the implementation of projects are preferred 3. Have excellent interpersonal and business negotiation skills, proposal ability and solid sales expertise 4. Have strong logical thinking, learning ability and sense of purpose be able to clearly disassemble goals and implementation actions, quickly promote project implementation and achieve goals 5.
