As Key Account Manager, Vision Care, you are required to achieve sales target in KA/ Modern Trade customers via developing annual customer plan and leading contract negotiation. Grow customers and seek for opportunity to increase shares and sales in key brands.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Lead the development and implementation of account strategies (price, shelf position, promotion, contract negotiation) by customer segmentation.
- Responsible for GTN (Gross to Net) management, including contact negotiation, pricing management, merchandising plan, etc. with Chain Store Head Quarters.
- Grow key brands shares in customers based on aligned sales strategy.
- Provide customers business intelligence data and analysis to grow business.
- Check and ensure the promotion / merchandising execution by 3rd party.
- Control GTN within budget and maximize sales.
What you'll bring to Alcon:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing related field. Preferred master degree in business-related discipline.
- 1-3 year experience in Key Account management at least. Preferred 5 years in Sales related experience in a multinational company within FMCG related
- Good in English
- User of Microsoft Office and excellent skills in Excel
- Inter-personal skill & Negotiating skills
- Leadership skill
- Analytical & Problem solving abilities
- Strong and highly analytical personality
- Good economics concept and ability to analyzing complex data
- Working experience in Territory Management in different channels
