What You'll Do
As an Account Executive at KitchenNow, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by:
- Identifying and targeting key customers, leading comprehensive end-to-end pitch strategies.
- Executing high-quality outbound outreach to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
- Conducting market research to prioritize and warm cold leads, responding to assigned leads in real-time.
- Understanding our pricing methodology and discounting guardrails to ensure sales that positively contribute to the unit economics, negotiating prices with clients, especially those with bulk multi-location orders.
- Applying value-based selling tactics to maximize revenue while clearly communicating the value of our product, and gracefully overcoming objections.
- Manage your own sales pipeline in Salesforce, clean out stale leads, accurately report closed lost reasons, and provide weekly sales goal reports.
- Actively participating in meetings and training sessions to continually improve your performance and contribute to the performance enhancement of others.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Include:
- Number of kitchen spaces closed (Closed-Won).

- 2-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
