Implements Division's Medical Visit strategies in assigned territory
- Segment and targeting medical doctors and develop proper medical visit plans
- Create and maintain customer profiles
- Implement medical visit plan to meet KPIs and maintain brand leadership in dermo-cosmetic medical recommendations.
- Plan and distribute specimen and samples for medical recommendation within allocated budget
- Identify, propose and track KOL and ROL investment plan to utilize cascading influences either locally or nationally
Manage Medical Point Of Sales
- Locate a proper point of sales for medical prescriptions
- Manage in store SKUs for medical prescriptions
- Arrange proper in-store displays
Execute Medical And Marketing Events
- Develop medical relations and facilitate medical events to align company strategies, including:
- Medical congresses
- Young dermatologists symposiums
- Encourage foundation grant participation
- Support marketing team tasks to propose and connect medical doctors for events
- Plan and organize visit activities and proficient sales call skills
- Builds an interactive and customized dialogue with the physician
- Treats objections, obtains prescriptions
- Creates and updates the physician's file
- Knowledge of skin and hair physio-pathologies, medical treatments and the medical environment
- Knows our products and competition (formulas, active ingredients, conjunction use with drugs and patients benefits)
- Develops one's local medical network
- Analyzes key performance indicators on one's territory
- Interacts with the health store/medical grocery store to build synergies
- Develops hospital seminars and point of sales trainings
