Large Model Algorithm Engineer - Code Direction

1. Responsible for the effect optimization of code scenarios, in-depth research on LLM post-training and other related technologies, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm 2. Analyze business needs, design and implement algorithm solutions suitable for different scenarios, and support the algorithm needs of product lines 3. Continue to follow up on LLM cutting-edge technologies and complete complex tasks in the R&D field based on LLM.

1. Master degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence and other related majors 2. Experience in data construction, instruction fine-tuning and model construction, with excellent coding ability, data structure and basic algorithm skills 3. Those who are familiar with large model training and RL algorithms are preferred in the field of large models, those who have led influential projects or papers are preferred 4. Excellent problem analysis and problem solving ability, able to deeply solve the problems existing in large model training and application 5. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to explore new technologies with the team and promote technological progress.
