Job Description

The Campaigns and Events Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and events for ViewSonic's Monitor LCD product line. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creative execution, who can also dive into the details to ensure flawless implementation. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Business Line Management, and Global Marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and events that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Campaigns and Events Planning and Execution: Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, events, and talks for ViewSonic's Monitor LCD product line that align with the corporate's strategic goals.

-Website and Newsletter Management: Analyze website and newsletter statistics to continuously improve and optimize content, ensuring engagement and relevance.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.

-Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

-Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders including the Product Development team, Business Line Management team, and Global Marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

-Budget Management: Oversee and manage the projects budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.

Job Requirements:

-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and event planning.

-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

-Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing and performance analysis.

-Fluency in English and Mandarin.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Willingness to travel for events as needed.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
